Using the latest and greatest in recycling technology, Dodge-Regupol, one of the world’s largest users of post-consumer tire rubber, took a problem - Americans disposing of over 245,000,000 tires every year - and turned it into a solution. Through the Xtreme Recycled Rubber program, ECOsurfaces offers designers a fresh new way to create attractive environments using Earth Friendly materials.

ECOsurfaces is an exciting new surfacing that’s as strong and resilient as the original tire rubber. The anti-fatigue properties and degree of comfort are incredible. Its slip-resistance goes way beyond vinyl or conventional rubber flooring, making it ideal for all indoor and outdoor areas where safety is number one. It’s also all weather resistant withstanding extreme temperatures.

We guarantee that our quality is the finest. To back our claim, an in-house laboratory continually verifies that our products, processes and materials are up to government standards. The National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) is the independent laboratory accreditation service of the US Department of Commerce that applies the strictest testing and manufacturing quality assurance standards in North America. The NVLAP has accredited our lab, giving its thumbs-up to our quality control. Furthermore, you’ll find no trace of steel, whitewall or fibers, thanks to our “Xtreme” cleaning technology and inspections.

At Dodge-Regupol, we process over 4 million tires per year (50 million pounds) — and it continues, growing 30% per year. This provides designers with inexpensive and tough surfacing that withstands time and the elements and comes in many colors. ECOsurfaces makes more than your flooring look good. It’s surfacing that makes the world a more beautiful place.

All of this great material is created at our 300,000 square foot, Lancaster; PA facility where we run a lean, clean operation. We’ve been around for more than forty years and employ several hundred dedicated employees. With our global network of installers, we’ve installed over 200,000,000 square feet of recycled rubber flooring worldwide.

ECOsurfaces has many collections :

	*ECOnights* - Up to 80% recycled tire, ECOnights is the mainstay of Earth Friendly materials. Not only is it made from recycled and reclaimed products, after it's useful life is over ( many, many years), ECOnights can be recycled. Now available in 26 standard colors, 4 foot rolls, 36" and 18" tiles. Some colors available 9mm thick and in 47" interlocking tiles
	*ECOearth* - Made from high quality reprocessed EPDM and recycled tire (typically 5%) ECOearth offers colors reminiscent of the great outdoors , it feels great underfoot and offers slip resistance that grabs you. Available in 14 vibrant colors 4 foot rolls, 18" and 36" tiles.
	*ECOstone* - Made from high quality reprocessed EPDM and recycled tire (typically 5%), ECOearth offers colors reminiscent of marble and terrazzo. It feels great underfoot , absorbs noise and offers slip resistance that grabs you. Available in 9 brilliant colors. 4 foot rolls,18" and 36" tiles.
	*ECOpave* - Designed for the Equestrian industry, our dog bone shaped paver, embossed pavertile, and rectangular tile makes a great outdoor floor. ECOpave offers foot traffic durability and weather resistance that will simply floor you. What a great product to use in those high risk outdoor slip hazard areas !
